First things first - I apologize for the delay in our blog posts. As many of you know, the past month or so has been a crazy time for Pho-Lisha's Food Truck. A forthcoming post will go into more detail... but for now, we want to tell you about an upcoming event we will be participating in this Saturday, August 12th, at 7 p.m..
Along with our good friends at Creekside Cookers BBQ, we will be one of the food vendors at the Wimberley Community Street Dance being held at Wimberley Ace Hardware at the Y. The street dance is a great way to kick up your heels with fellow Wimberleans, and the official kick-off of Wimberley Texans Football! Music will be provided courtesy of The Jesse Stratton Band.
We will be serving our Phamous Phorrito, the Spicy Green Thai Curry, and burger sliders for the kiddos and those that aren't quite as adventurous. In addition, Pho-Lisha will be serving up her famous Cajun wit and humor at no cost!
That being said, we will be closed during the day Saturday while we prepare for the party that night. So for those that miss us during lunch, you can still get your Phorrito Phix that evening!
Come on out and cut a rug and party with your neighbors in the best town, in the best state, in the best country in the world!
